Owner action required: add the operating entity, privacy contact, hosting region, lawful bases, processor list, and jurisdiction-specific rights before inviting production users.
Data collected / 收集的数据
Account data includes email, profile fields, accepted terms version, sessions, notification preferences, trial state, and support requests. Operational records include bounded IP/device security data, task status, and audit events. Product analytics is designed not to include email, session tokens, credentials, or article full text.
Purposes and access / 用途与访问
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver requested digests, operate and secure the service, support users, and evaluate whether the beta is useful. Internal access is role-based; admin and review surfaces require both application authorization and a deployment network boundary.
Retention and deletion / 保留与删除
Verification and reset tokens expire and are stored as hashes. Account deletion immediately revokes existing sessions, allows seven days to cancel, then removes or pseudonymizes product data while retaining a minimal audit record. Source-content retention follows the source registry policy where configured.
Processors and transfers / 服务商与跨境
Production may use PostgreSQL hosting, email relay, Sentry, and optional PostHog. The owner must publish the actual providers, regions, transfer mechanisms, retention settings, and contact process; unconfigured providers receive no data.
